The contract should specify the company number (Company Number), the full name in Hebrew and English, and the address. Verification is done through the Israeli Registrar of Companies (ica.gov.il).

Israel ratified the CISG in 2002. For dispute resolution, ICC arbitration (Paris) or ICAC at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is recommended.

Currency and settlements

ILS (the new Israeli shekel) is a convertible currency with low volatility. USD is also widely accepted. SWIFT transfers go through Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, and Bank Discount.
