The contract can now be paid not only by card but also by bank transfer: press «Pay by invoice» on the payment page and we will issue an invoice to the Russian party of the contract. The final file and the download link arrive no later than the business day after the funds are credited. The terms are in the new version of the offer dated 22 October 2026.
For 30 days after payment the contract can be corrected and downloaded again from the same link: terms, goods, bank details, dates, deal type. The parties stay the same. The “Edit the contract” button is on the page after payment and in the e-mail; each corrected version carries a revision number in the Annex.
New payment schedule 50/25/25: half when the goods are ready, the rest 30 and 60 days after delivery. The second part of 50/50 and 30/70 payments is now tied to shipment by any transport, not only to the bill of lading. Goods contracts now include shipment details, packing and marking; payments by third parties are set out in detail: payment reference, notice, refunds.
Sanctions and strikes are now listed as force majeure in all contract types. Two new fields in the form: “Automatic renewal” and “Payment in digital currency” — a clause on digital-currency settlements under Russian Federal Law No. 282-FZ, where the law of both countries allows them.
Contract clauses now flow across pages — no empty strips at the bottom of sheets. The English and Russian columns no longer run together in programs other than Word: MoyOffice, R7, WPS, LibreOffice.
The finished document can now be viewed in full before payment — paginated, with both language columns. We also added a filled-in sample contract on a separate page.
We launched separate sections on the specifics of trading with particular countries: China, India, Türkiye, the UAE, Kazakhstan, Belarus and dozens more. They cover settlement in national currencies and the particulars of paying through banks in each jurisdiction.
We revised the sections on payment procedure: the contract contains the details a Russian bank needs to register it under Bank of Russia Instruction No. 181-I.
We added an option for settlement through third parties (agents and payment intermediaries) — useful where a direct payment to the counterparty is difficult.
We built a search over the unified EAEU commodity nomenclature into the form. The code goes into the specification automatically — no more looking it up by hand.
Every contract for goods is now produced together with a specification: the name of the goods, the HS code, the quantity, the unit price and the total — in a separate annex.
We extended the choice of delivery terms to the full set of Incoterms 2020 — from EXW to DDP. The rule is inserted automatically into the relevant sections of the contract.
We moved to a parallel layout: the English text on the left, the Russian on the right. The Russian text prevails in case of discrepancy, and the document suits both the bank and the foreign party without a separate translation.
We brought the structure of the contract into line with currency legislation: mandatory particulars, arbitration clause, governing law.
We added separate scenarios for importing and exporting goods, and for importing and exporting services — the generator adapts the sections to each type of deal.
