The contract meets the requirements of Federal Law 173-FZ on currency regulation and is accepted by most Russian banks for currency control — Sberbank, VTB, T-Bank, Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank and others.
If your bank has specific requirements for the structure of the contract, use the downloaded DOCX file and make the necessary edits in Microsoft Word or LibreOffice.

Yes. The contract contains all the details required by Russian customs when declaring imported goods: the names and details of the parties, the description of the goods, the HS (TN VED) code, the Incoterms rule, the value and the currency.
Because the service is delivered instantly (the file is generated immediately after payment), refunds are as a rule not made. The exception is a technical failure on our side. See the details in the Terms of Service.
The contract is bilingual: the left column is English (for the foreign party), the right one is Russian (for the Russian bank and customs). Both texts are legally equivalent; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
Download the DOCX file and edit it in Word or LibreOffice. Every section can be changed. If you need help drafting non-standard terms, write to us and we will advise.
