Who provides the service, what the templates are based on, and how payment works
Контракт.Онлайн is a service for preparing foreign trade contracts. You fill in a form with the parties’ details and the list of goods or services, and the service assembles a finished DOCX document: bilingual, with English and Russian columns, including the specification and delivery terms.
The English column is for the foreign counterparty, the Russian one for the bank’s currency control and for customs. Four types of deal are supported: import and export of goods, import and export of services. The document stays editable — after payment you can open it in Word and edit it like any other file.
The service does not replace a lawyer in complex deals. For non-standard settlement schemes, particular goods or special customs requirements we draft the contract manually — that is a separate service, and you can write to support about it.

The structure of the contract and its mandatory terms follow the Currency Regulation Act. Where the deal is 3 million ₽ or more, the bank registers the contract and assigns a UNK — every section needed for that is in the template.
Delivery terms are worded according to the current edition of the Incoterms rules — FOB, CIF, FCA, DAP and others, with costs and risks correctly allocated between the parties.
Whether the counterparty’s country is a party to the 1980 Convention is taken into account: it determines whether the Convention applies to the deal automatically, or the governing law has to be stated in the contract expressly.
HS codes from the built-in reference are inserted into the specification — customs needs them to calculate duties, and they are stated in the declaration.
Preparing one contract costs 2 990 ₽. Before paying you get a full preview of the document with a watermark: you see the entire text and decide whether it suits you before you pay.
Payments are taken directly through the secure gateway of АО «ТБанк» under the PCI DSS standard. Card details are sent to the bank over an encrypted channel and are not stored on the service’s server.
Of personal data the service stores a name and an e-mail address — they are needed to send the link to the finished document. How they are processed is set out in the privacy policy.
The refund terms are set out in the terms of service. If the contract does not open, contains an error caused by the service, or the bank rejected it on formal grounds — write to info@imexp.ru and we will look into it case by case.
Important: the service prepares the document from the data you enter. Checking the counterparty’s details, whether the goods may be imported or exported, and the payment route with your own bank is for the parties to the deal to do. If you have doubts about the structure of the deal, it is better to agree the draft contract with the bank in advance.
