This document is a public offer of sole proprietor Dmitry Anatolyevich Metelev (ОГРНИП 326784700146071, ИНН 434599967329), the owner of the online service Контракт.Онлайн (the “Provider”), addressed to individuals and legal entities (the “User”), for services of automated generation of foreign trade contracts.
Payment for the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer under Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.1. The Provider supplies the User with a service of automated generation of a bilingual (EN/RU) foreign trade contract in DOCX format, based on the data the User enters in the form on the site.
1.2. The result of the service is a Microsoft Word (.docx) file available for download for 30 days from the moment of payment.
1.3. The contract is produced from a standard template and does not constitute legal advice. The User is solely responsible for whether the document fits their particular circumstances.
2.1. The price of generating one contract is RUB 2,990.
2.2. Payment is made online by bank card. The service is deemed supplied when the payment is confirmed and access to download the file is granted.
2.3. VAT is not charged under the applicable tax regime.

4.1. Given the immediate digital nature of the service, no refund is made once the file has been generated and access granted.
4.2. If a technical fault makes the file impossible to download, the User may contact support. Once the fault is confirmed, the Provider undertakes within 24 hours either to fix it or to refund the payment in full.
5.1. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of using the generated contract, nor for losses arising from inaccurate data entered by the User.
5.2. The service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not warrant that the contract template will be accepted by any particular bank or customs authority without changes.
5.3. The Provider’s liability is limited to the price paid for the service.
6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and the Privacy Policy.
7.1. The service is digital and is supplied electronically immediately after payment is confirmed.
7.2. The result of the service — a Microsoft Word (.docx) file — is sent to the e-mail address the User gave at checkout and becomes available for download in the personal section of the site within 15 minutes of a successful payment.
7.3. Access to download the file remains for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment.
7.4. The service is supplied without geographical restrictions. No export restrictions apply to the digital document-generation services supplied by this service.
8.1. Data on the site is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3), which encrypts all traffic between the User’s browser and the server.
8.2. Users’ bank card details are never passed to the service’s servers and are not stored in its databases. Payments are accepted and processed directly through the secure payment gateway of JSC T-Bank (tbank.ru) in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
8.3. Users’ personal data (name, e-mail address) is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
8.4. The service does not use unprotected channels to transmit payers’ confidential information. All operations with payment data are carried out solely on the payment operator’s side.
9.1. All disputes are settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, a dispute is referred to the court at the Provider’s location in accordance with Russian law.
9.2. This contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
