Morocco is not a party to the CISG. Our contract is governed by Russian law, and Russia is a party without an Article 95 reservation, so the CISG applies to the sale of goods as part of Russian law (Art. 1(1)(b)).

173-FZ: deadlines and registration

The deadlines for receiving proceeds are set in the contract — the bank takes them into account when registering it. Under Presidential Decree No. 430, the mandatory amount of foreign currency proceeds to be credited is tied to the mandatory sale rate — check the rate in force on the date of the deal. For amounts from 3 million RUB (import) or 10 million RUB (export), the contract is registered with the bank and receives a unique number (UNK).

Yes, through Russian law. Morocco is not a party to the CISG, but our contract is governed by Russian law, and Russia is a party without an Article 95 reservation, so the Convention applies to the sale of goods as part of Russian law (Art. 1(1)(b)). It does not apply to services.
