Include the CUIT (tax identification number) in the contract. Verification is done through ARCA (arca.gob.ar), the successor of AFIP. The CUIT follows the format XX-XXXXXXXX-X and uniquely identifies the legal entity.
The contract price can be fixed in USD. The ARS has high inflation and limited convertibility — do not use it as the pricing currency.
Argentina joined the CISG in 1983. The contract from the builder is governed by Russian law; disputes go to the ICAC at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
