The word "template" means different things in the context of international contracts. An accountant searches for a "foreign trade contract template" and finds a generic Word file with placeholders like "[BUYER NAME]". Such a document takes hours of work: entering the details, finding the HS code in a directory of thousands of entries, selecting the current Incoterms 2020 conditions, and checking compliance with bank requirements. And there's no guarantee that the downloaded blank form is up to date.
